What is the School Development Plan?
The School Development Plan (SDP) is the school’s plan of action. It outlines our priorities in a structured way so that the school makes the planned rate of progress. It provides a benchmark against which this progress is monitored. It is backed up by a programme of initiatives and projects designed to continue improving standards of achievement and the quality of educational experiences, which we offer our children. The SDP is reported on at every Governing Body meeting.
Our School Development Plan runs from September to July. In the Summer Term we consult with all members of the school community to decide on our priorities for improvement for the next year and produce the plan. Parents are regularly consulted throughout the year on new initiatives, so please return any questionnaires as they are an important source of opinion.
Our key priorities for 2016 - 2017 are outlined in the documents below.
