School Milk

Children are provided, if parents so wish, with a one third pint carton of milk each day. For those in the Nursery, this milk is supplied free. It is also provided free for Reception children up to the term of their fifth birthday. For all other infant children, a charge, currently 18p per day, is made.

Milk is delivered to school and stored in a refrigerator until required. We ask that money is sent into school in an envelope marked with the child’s name and class number on a termly basis. You will be notified regarding the amount payable. Once your child starts school you will receive further details that will explain how the scheme works.

For children who do not have school milk we have water fountains in each classroom, which are easily accessible to all children in school.
